The company, ALEXANDRION GRUP ROMANIA SRL, Romanian legal entity, headquartered in Bucov Commune, Pleasa Village, Prahova County, registered at the Trade Register under no. J29 / 1028/2000, unique registration code 13575086 informs you through this Policy on the processing of personal data such as: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission , disseminating or making available in any other way, aligning or combining, restricting or destroying when you access / use our website. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. All updates and changes to this Policy are valid immediately upon notification, which we will make by posting on the site and / or email notification.

The rights mentioned above will be exercised by formulating a written request, dated and signed, submitted to Alexandrion Grup Romania at the postal address str. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.


Please note that:

• The rights listed above are not absolute. There are exceptions, so each request received will be analyzed so that we can decide whether it is substantiated or not. To the extent that the request is substantiated, we will facilitate the exercise of your rights. If the request is unfounded, we will reject it, but we will inform you about the reasons for the refusal and about the rights to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and to go to court.

We will try to respond to your request within 30 days. However, the term can be extended under the law, depending on various aspects, such as the complexity of the application, the large number of applications received or the inability to identify you in a timely manner.
